You should also do your best to avoid over eating, which will promote indigestion and the reflux disease. Another treatment you can use to stop reflux naturally involves eating natural foods and drinks that have been proven to prevent the reflux disease.

Some of these foods that can help reduce and prevent acid reflux symptoms are red apples, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mixed into an 6oz. glass of water, bananas, and pineapple juice.
